Retro Rock ‘N Pop Song Talent Contest – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Retro Rock ‘N Pop Song Talent Contest. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to amateur and professional singers of all ages and styles, from retro music genres (rock ‘n’ roll, pop, disco, etc.) from the 1950s to the 1990s. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if they are under 18.

3. Video Submission

Participants must submit a video of themselves performing a retro song by providing their name, age, city, a short description, and a video link (URL: YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or other). Videos must follow the guidelines set out in the contest rules.

4. Voting

Public voting is an essential element of the competition. Voting is conducted through a secure online platform. Each user is authorized to cast a limited number of votes.

5. Contest Rules

6. Intellectual Property

Entrants retain ownership of their submitted videos. Rétro Rock’N Pop reserves the right to use the videos for promotional purposes related to the competition.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
